This is a delicious and easy recipe to instantly make a Jalapeno Infused Bloody Mary, using a Henkelman Vacuum Sealer. This will be a great addition to any bar or brunch program, and is sure to be a hit with your guests!

Ingredients:

1 quart (32 oz) of tomato juice

1 cup (8 oz) of vodka

1/2 cup (4 oz) of lemon juice

1/4 cup (2 oz) of Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. of salt

1/4 tsp. of black pepper

3-4 jalapeno peppers, depending on how spicy you like it

Delicious and Easy Recipe Directions:

1.  Cut the jalapeno peppers into thin slices, and add them into a fully recyclable GreenVAC Pure vacuum seal bag.

2. Add your vodka of choice and insert the bag into the Henkelman Vacuum Sealer chamber.

3. Seal the bag using the Liquid Control instructions on your Henkelman Vacuum Sealer to instantly pull the capsaicin oils out into the vodka.

4. For extra heat, place the sealed bag into the fridge for 4 hours, or overnight. The longer it sits, the more flavor your vodka will have.

5. In a separate GreenVAC Pure bag, you can have your prepped Blood Mary mixture of Tomato Juice, Lemon Juice, Worcestershire Sauce, Salt, and Black Pepper chilled and ready to serve.

6. When you're ready to serve, pour 2oz of our Jalapeño Infused Vodka, and 8 oz. of the Bloody Mary mix into glasses. Garnish with a slice of jalapeno pepper, celery, and a piece of bacon (or two!). Enjoy!
